 Booking

For availability and booking, email johnny@johnnymixology.com or fill out the form located on the booking page.

Payment

A 50% deposit is required in advance to purchase all supply items. Once received, this will confirm the booking.

Final payment is due in full on, or before the date of the event.

If paying by check, the check should be mailed in advance, or ready to pick up by the date of the event.

Payments are processed through Zelle, Credit Card or ACH Wire Transfer.

Tipping Policy

We believe tipping should be left to the host’s discretion. With that said, gratuity will not be automatically included for residential events.

For corporate events, weddings or for requests that tip signs not be present, 20% gratuity will be added.

Travel Policy

Any event within 30 miles of Los Angeles will be accommodated. All events more than 30 miles outside of LA Proper including Malibu, Topanga Canyon, Long Beach, and Orange County will incur a travel fee to cover the time and gas of the staff.

The Fee will be determined by the distance traveled outside of Los Angeles city proper.

Past Examples: Malibu / Topanga: $75-100 • O.C. $150-$250 • San Diego: $500

Insurance

Johnny Mixology carries $3 Million General Liability Insurance and $1 Million Liquor Liability Insurance through THREE by Berkshire Hathaway. If your venue requires to be put on as an additional insurer or if you need a copy of our insurance, please let us know, and we’d be happy to accommodate.

Cancellation

Canceling within 5 days will forfeit the deposit. Any items that have already been prepared or purchased for your event will be charged in full, regardless of time. Cancellation refers to any part of the booking, including, but not limited to, purchases, ingredient prep, and/or staff.

If the event is cancelled by the client at any point before the 5 day grace period, the deposit will be applied to a future booking.

Signing the form below form is to confirm that all services will be rendered and supplies provided by Johnny Mixology, as outlined in the agreed upon budget between “client” and “Johnny Mixology Inc.” titled (sample): “Jane Doe | June 6th.pdf”
